Experience: As a junior partner with CKDD, Brianna is an established litigator and appellate advocate with significant experience defending healthcare providers and healthcare systems in state and federal courts. She has successfully defended multiple medical malpractice cases both through motion practice and at trial. A natural written and oral advocate, she is an integral part of the defense team that diligently litigates complex medicolegal issues.
In addition to her litigation experience, Brianna represents physicians, nurses, dentists and behavioral health professionals facing investigations before state licensing boards. She also has experience advising community health centers.
